LEADERSHIP
Jim McDonnell,
Chairman
Jim McDonnell is the Chairman of TAS-Corp. He has been with the
company since its inception in 2006. Mr. McDonnell has developed TAS-Corp
into a market leader by utilizing his operational experience and
forward-thinking strategic leadership across all of the company’s business
units. Mr. McDonnell has served as the Chief Information Officer and the
Chief Security Officer to a multi-billion dollar multinational corporation
and provided business unit direction to a prominent non-profit organization.
During Mr. McDonnell’s U.S. Government service he was the
Senior Executive responsible for the development of the Infrastructure
Protection operation for the Department of Homeland Security. Mr. McDonnell
was also the Senior Executive responsible for the creation of the Department
of Energy’s Office of Energy Assurance, a unit that he helped to develop into
a national leader in Critical Infrastructure Protection.
Mr. McDonnell served in the United States Navy as a Special
Operations EOD Officer and is recognized as an expert in Counter-terrorism
and Weapons of Mass Destruction.

Dr. Bradley
Clark, Chief Technology Officer
Dr. Bradley Clark has
been with the company since it was founded in 2006. Dr. Clark provides
technical expertise and operational leadership enabling TAS-Corp to grow
rapidly while staying true to the company’s values and maintaining high
levels of customer satisfaction. Dr. Clark has served as the Senior Scientist
and Technical Team Leader supporting highly sensitive US Special Operations
Forces non-proliferation missions.
During Dr. Clark’s U.S. Government service he directed
Advanced Computing initiatives at Los Alamos National Laboratory including
software development, systems architecture and design, and complex system
(data and hardware) migration. He also directed the National Bio-Surveillance
Program and the Infrastructure Protection Technology Application programs at
the US Department of Homeland Security.
Dr. Clark is recognized as an expert in Counter-terrorism,
Nuclear non-proliferation, Weapons of Mass Destruction, and Infrastructure
Protection.

Briana T.
McClain, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial
Officer
Briana McClain is the Senior Vice President and Chief
Financial Officer of TAS-Corp and has been with the company since it was
founded in 2006. She provides her leadership and expertise to TAS-Corp’s
business support functions. Ms. McClain has expertly handled the support
functions of TAS-Corp enabling the company’s continuous growth and success.
Ms. McClain previously served as the Treasurer for TAS-Corp
and was promoted to her current position in 2008. She also served as the
Research Manager for TAS-Corp.
Ms. McClain has completed the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers
Security Engineering Training Course for the Protective Design Center.
